Jucari {Link} is a middleware adapter that integrates with 3rd party logistics vendor software and allows seamless communication between each integration.

Multi-Tenancy

A mode of operation of software where multiple independent instances of one or more applications operate in a shared environment. The instances (tenants) are logically isolated but physically integrated.

Configurable Services

Individual services and integrations can be switched on and off at the organizational level, meaning an organization only uses and pays for what it needs when needed.

CargoWise Integration

Link uses the same integration protocols as CargoWise to send and receive messages. This offers the integrating party seamless pass-through from Link to their Middleware software.

Deployment and Scalability

-Link is hosted in AWS and can dynamically scale to increase usage.

-Link can be deployed in any AWS-enabled region or country to comply with local data governance requirements.

Architecture and Source Code

-Only our skilled developers and system administrators can access the AWS Architecture, Source Code, and Database.

-Our internal access to AWS services and architecture is enabled by MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).

-The AWS environment uses role-based access control, and each user only has access to what they need.

Data Logging

-All architecture changes, processes, and web traffic are logged in AWS CloudWatch.

-All XML files received from integration services, such as CargoWise eAdaptor files, are securely stored on our private S3 file storage bucket. This allows the middleware to process requests

Data Protection

-We use Amazon Web Services ("AWS") exclusively to process and store all data.

-No data leaves the AWS environment unless requested by the partner under their control.

-Any information containing personal data shall be handled in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including, without limitation, GDPR and CCPA.
