This business is renowned for excellent customer service. Realising their ambition to grow while maintaining their reputation was challenging due to the increase in administrative work that typically drains the capacity of profitable resources.

The business has 5 team members with less than 1 hour of weekly capacity for throughput of 3 company tariffs, 30+ client specific contracts, 15+ different billing use cases, 150+ weekly transport job invoices.

The limited capacity and capability forced the business to outsource operational resources, complicating the development of new service offerings.

We were tasked to identify opportunities for growth where administrative automation is part of the service process.
